Outer Input Versus the Inner Mind

Sometimes outer inputs affect and line up with the inner mind creating a kind of agreement between the two places of perception...

Sometimes they somewhat line up...

Other times the outer and inner can seem very much independent, with one creating a more dominant state of perception and experience over the other.... The different realities can be happening at the same time, both perceived by consciousness to some degree, but one state may sometimes become more hidden from view.
